lately:
i got promoted at work,
i'm getting a car,
i'm taking two classes,
i moved in with my boyfriend,
i have the best friends in the whole world,
and i don't think i've ever been as happy or exhausted.
i'm really trying to be more responsible.

well, christmas was just as i thought it would be. i'm really thankful that i was able to have matthew's family to spend it with, and that he was able to spend it with mine. i've been thinking a lot, and i can feel myself gravitating towards his family and his grandmother. she reminds me so much of mine -- very sassy and doesn't hold back but still so sweet, kind, and thoughtful. i feel like to a certain extent i took the time i had with my buppy for granted and i'm very very happy that i have potential to gain another grandmother with the same spunk and spark that my buppy had. i miss buppy everyday and i'm very sad that she will never get to meet matthew. i feel like they would have a lot of fun together.
on a very different note, i'm debating graduating from livejournal and moving on to tumblr. is anyone in the same boat?
i hope your holidays are going nicely. stay warm and know that i'm thinking of you!

stumbleupon is my new best friend. i had a small panic attack on sunday night, sitting alone on my front porch chain-smoking and waiting for matthew to show up with my projector. there are so many things i worry about. how do i just relax and get everything i need to do done?
